Cut
cauliflower into small florets and wash thoroughly
Mix plain flour, corn flour, 1 table spoon soya sauce and a
little salt with water make paste (not to be very thick)
Dip cauliflower florets into this paste and deep fry it till
golden brown and keep aside (put them on tissue paper to remove
excess oil)
Heat oil in a pan fry onion, green chilli and ginger garlic
paste till onion turns golden brown; add chilli powder and
salt fry for 1-2 mins.
Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and
fry.
Mix the remaining 2 table spn corn flour with water in the
ratio of 1:3 and add to the pan.
Add deep fried cauliflower to it and mix well. Garnished with
chopped coriander leaves .
