Soak rice for about 4 hrs. and grind to a fine paste along
with the coconut and salt.
Add water to bring the ground batter to a watery consistency
and pour on a hot and greased griddle, remove when done and
roast the other side.
Add a little oil while roasting the dosas.
This is generally served with a mixture of grated jaggery
and coconut with a little cardamom powder.
