Pundi Gatti
Ingredients:

•Broken Rice - 6 cups
Coconut - ½ cup
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red chilly (Bedki Mirch) – 1 no.
Curry leaves – a sprig
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Soak rice for about 4 hrs. and grind with very little water to a fine paste along with the coconut and salt.
Take oil in a kadai and add mustard into it after the oil is a little hot, let the mustard splutter and then add the red chilly and curry leaves.
Now pour the batter into this and cook it with constant stirring till it leaves the sides of the kadai and becomes thick ,remove from the stove and then make balls out of this mixture and steam it in a steamer for about 20 min.
