Heat
oil in a frying pan add onion and garlic stir fry till onion
turns light brown, add vegetables( cabbage, carrot, capsicum)
and fry for some time.
Add cooked red kidney beans and tomato pieces cook on slow
flame add vinegar, soya sauce, chilli powder and salt, mix
well and cook for 1-2 mins. Finally add cooked rice and stir
well, serve hot.
