Dahi Sev batata puri


Dahi Sev Batata Puri
Ingredients:

• • Puries of Pani Puries
• Onion (finely chopped) 1 large
• Tomato(finely chopped) 1 large
• Green moong (boiled) 1 cup
• Potatoes (boiled n mashed) 2 large
• Sev (thin) ¾ cup
• Yoghurt (fresh) 2 cups
Ingredients for dates tamarind paste
• Dates(seedless) 11-12 nos
• Tamarind paste 1- 1 ½ t spn
• Cumin seeds 1 t spn
• Ginger 1 small piece
• Jaggery(grated) 2 table spn
In a saucepan boil dates, tamarind paste, cumin seeds, ginger and jaggery with 1 cup water for 10 mins. Allow it to cool and make a paste.

Ingredients for coriander mint paste
• Coriander leaves 1 cup
• Mint leaves 1 cup
• Dry mango powder 1 t spn
• Green chillies 2 no(s)
• Ginger 1 small piece
Make paste of all the above ingredients keep aside.

Take puries tap top of puri gently to make hole, stuff puries by putting little Onion (finely chopped) , Tomato(finely chopped), Green moong (boiled), Potatoes mashed, 1/4th tspn dates tamarind paste, put little sev, coriander mint paste and yoghurt on top.
