Ingredients
for dates tamarind paste

Dates(seedless) 11-12 nos
•
Tamarind paste 1- 1 ½ t spn
•
Cumin seeds 1 t spn
•
Ginger 1 small piece
•
Jaggery(grated) 2 table spn
In a saucepan boil dates, tamarind paste, cumin seeds, ginger
and jaggery with 1 cup water for 10 mins. Allow it to cool
and make a paste.
Ingredients for coriander mint paste

Coriander leaves 1 cup
•
Mint leaves 1 cup
•
Dry mango powder 1 t spn
•
Green chillies 2 no(s)
•
Ginger 1 small piece
Make paste of all the above ingredients keep aside.
Take puries tap top of puri gently to make hole, stuff puries
by putting little Onion (finely chopped) , Tomato(finely
chopped), Green moong (boiled), Potatoes mashed, 1/4th tspn
dates tamarind paste, put little sev, coriander mint paste
and yoghurt on top. Dahi sev batata puri is ready to serve.
