In a bowl
add semolina, yoghurt, green chillies, coriander leaves and
salt mix well. Keep aside
Just before pouring dough in pressure cooker container, add
eno mix it well.
Now pour the dough in container (container should be greased
with oil).
Now place the container in cooker allow it to cook for 8 – 10
mins. Do not put weight.
Remove container from cooker let it cool.
Heat oil put mustard seeds allow to sputter. Garnish dhokla
with mustard seeds and cut dhokla in to diamond shapes.
