LEMON RASAM


Lemon rasam
Ingredients:

• Green chilli 1 no medium
• Turmeric pwdr pinch
• Asafoetida pinch
• Lemon(juice) 1 no small
• Curry leaves
• Mustard seeds ½ t spn
• Salt to taste
• Ghee 1 t spn
• Toor dal ½ cup
Cook toor dal ½ cup use only dal water
• Water 1 cup
• Tomato(chopped) 1 medium
Take a sauce pan put water, chopped tomato, green chilli , curry leaves, turmeric pwd, asafoetida boil for some time.(add more water if required)
Add dal water to it boil further for 10 mins in medium flame.
Remove from flame add lemon juice .
Now heat ghee put mustard seeds let it sputter add this to lemon rasam.
