In
a saucepan boil water put jaggery, allow jaggery to dissolve
and keep aside.
In a saucepan heat clarified butter fry cashew nuts till light
brown keep aside, in same saucepan fry semolina till starts
changing colour( do not allow it to change colour) now, pour
milk along with cardamom allow it to boil after a while add
jaggery water solution stir well. Garnish with cashew nuts.
