Foronion tomato gravy:
Take chopped onions and grind then in a grinder. Now take
a fry pan, add some oil into it. Add onions paste and fry till
golden brown, now add corriander seeds, red chilli powder and
ginger garlic paste and fry well. Now add chopped or grinded
tomatoes and add cloves and cinammon powder. Fry well till
the mixtures starts leaving the sides of the pan. Keep aside.
For Cheese and cashew nuts gravy:
Heat some oil in a fry pan. Add chopped cashews and fry. Now
add enough cottage cheese and fry well. Keep aside.
Now add this fried paste of cashews and cheese to the onion
tomato gravy. Add some water to it and let it boil for 3-4
mins.
Garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot !
