Preparation Time:20 min
Wash the tori well.
Cut it into small pieces of about 1.5 inches.
Make a slit into each piece veritically from one side.
Now prepare the masala for filling.
Mix all the masala like corriander powder,
turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl.
Now add lime juice to it and mix well.
Now fill this mixture into the slits of each tori piece one
by one.
Keep aside.
Heat a liitle bit of oil in a pan and add the torri pieces
into it. Cover it half with a lid. Cook it for 5-6 minutes
and then
change the sides and cook similary, till the torri is properly
cooked and becomes soft.
Serve hot with pooris or parathas.
